Helping People Move, Think and Live Better

I'm Matt Wilson, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist, Fitness and Nutrition Educator and the founder of DIY Training The Brain & Body Movement Experience.


My qualifications include a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Certificate IV in Nutrition and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Since entering the fitness industry in 2011, I have worked with people from all walks of life, helping them improve their health, confidence and quality of life through movement and education.


Throughout my career, I have supported individuals looking to improve their fitness, manage chronic health conditions, recover from injury and maintain independence as they age. My passion is making health, movement and learning more accessible to everyday people.


Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, challenge your brain, hear inspiring stories or simply move more each day, DIY Training The Brain & Body Movement Experience was created to help make healthy living more accessible, enjoyable and sustainable.
